Kansas City Sue's Slow-Cooker Chicken

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2T. Olive Oil
1/4 C. Ketchup
1/2 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 Onion
1 T. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 C. Beef Broth

-Seaon chicken with salt and pepper
-Cook chicken 1-2 min. each side until nicely browned but not cooked through
-Put in slow cooker
-Combine all other ingredients, whisk well, pour sauce over chicken
-Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
-Serve with rice or noodles

I forgot...to mention...Mary Lou's salad...was GREAT! She brought it to another event...I am NOT a broccoli eater...but, I can eat it in this salad! (smile) LOVED IT!
